Church of Understanding

There is no One Way.  Even among Christians, there are Those Who are Called to physical Discomfort, while others must face internal Distress, all to reach the same Goal of Heaven.  Just as with the way We Learn differs with some retaining information better by doing than by hearing or seeing, so follows other aspects of Our Lives.

 

We who Recognize that each Being, has been Created Unique and Individual, also Understand that We have unique and individual needs as well. Because of this, We must Accept and Encourage Others in Their Individual Requirements, Expecting such behavior to be returned. This is the Core of CHoUist Creed.

 

Often the Challenge comes from Our Intra-personal interactions: We rarely treat OurSelves as well as We treat Others. Our Personal Expectations are higher, and Our Tolerance for Mistakes much lower. While We should Strive towards Higher Ideals, We must Never Forget Our Inability to Be Perfect, Allowing more Self Compassion.

 

The Difficulty arises from Steadfast Beliefs, Methods, Plans or even Goals. To Stand Firm may be Required, however One should not be Resolute just for its own sake. Look and Listen. Through Willingness to Adjust, More May Be Accomplished.
